Outstanding Customer Service!! It has been a long time since I have seen customer service like I experienced with this business. Being from out of town, the Century Locksmith's team organised with me a time to have a look at my key's transponder, limiting the time I was without the vehicle. They programmed the key to the vehicle all in about 15 minutes. Required an emergency locksmith after hours urgently, to open bathroom door that locked, broke and could not open. Arrived in under 15 minutes and fixed the lock and open the door. Quality work with best and affordable price. Highly recommended!

Today we had BRENT install 2 Deadlocks plus fix the lock on the sliding laundry crim safe door. Very good service. After I had key taken they come to house as soon as I call to change key on my house and replace key for my car. They very informative and help with the best options to make my house safe as possible. I feel much safer now. Good job

This company was great at start then to find out after purchasing a car remote which had stopped working just after 3 mths.Ring the company to find out what they want to do and staff were rude and said will find out and call you back an 3 days still no call back Rang on third still no answer so I called back to find out if they have warranty on there key remotes and finally got owner of company on phone to find out that they don't do warranty on their key remotes.and at the same time was very very rude and using words I am not allowed to say and yelling over the phone at me. Then gets third party involved who had nothing to do with it an was rude and yelling to return money which at no time I asked for a refund. This company is so rude and need to work on their customer service. I recommend customers to go elsewhere to get a better service.Aslo tells me new key I got done is not a genuine as his remotes are which I will put pic up to prove new key is genuine with 12 mths warranty

Big shoutout to the guys at Centenary Locksmiths, has an old lock that needed fixing, gave it to them thinking it was beyond repair. They had it fixed and working great again without any dramas, cheers fellas I will be using your services again 👍

I went there to get a key cut and all the staff were great except Matt. He was extremely rude and for a business owner has the wrong attitude to running the business. I will not ever be going there again. This isn't the first time he has done this to me
