There is no enough words and tears to describe the negligence and damage that Charles Yuen and Exodus Migration has made to me and my family, he literally ruined our life's; we invested years, thousands of dollars, plus the incredible sacrifices & efforts that my husband, two kids and I made to migrate to Australia, he threw all that away because "he didn't saw an e-mail". I paid him $7,000 aud migration fees, plus $10,000 for the application fees (our life savings) for the Regional Sponsor on Sept 2019. He received a rejection to appeal on the 1st of October, but he told us 33 days after that, losing the opportunity to appeal, stating "he didn't saw his e-mail"; in a matter of one minute my entire life plans ended and I have to go back to Latin America. He is not replying anymore to refund the money. He is a negligent coward. RUN FROM HIM, DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY OR RISK YOUR MIGRATION PROCESS. They are highly unprofessionals, liars and take advantage of innocent people. DO NOT USE!

I had a meeting with Carol last year and I have to say I was so disappointed. I entered wanting a definitive answer to whether I had enough skills and experience to apply for a certain Visa, she could not tell me and didn't seem to know the specific laws and legislation regarding this. She would bring up pages on the websites and spent most of the allocated time reading out a checklist of documents I would need to upload in my application. She did not tell me anything I did not already know and I left feeling as though I had totally wasted my money and time. Her lack of knowledge was astounding and her advice to me was you can try apply, terrible. My friend used her service too and their visa was rejected, she should have picked up that they were not skilled enough. How is she alowed to do this? She is just making easy money from worried people needing advice. My advice would be to pay a bit more and go somewhere else. I ended up going to a proper agent and they gave me my answer
