Charlie the Plumber Gold Coast

We had no hot water coming out the kitchen tap while others worked fine. Plumber spent several hours trying to fix but couldn't find the problem, so he told us we needed a new hot water system. We paid the invoice and was sent a quote for over $2100 for a new hot water system. A few days later, my father, who is not a plumber, visited and discovered it was a flow issue from the kitchen tap and removing the aerator/filter from the tap allowed the hot water to come through. Now we have hot water - no new hot water system needed. We tried to contact the business to discuss this, but had no reply. On a positive note, the plumber was polite and friendly and he did fix a water hammer issue while he was here.

Recently our home had a roof leak repair by Charlie the Plumber, The service was fantastic, thanks heaps guys, really appreciate you getting this done for us, would recommend you to anyone wanting a good plumber with great customer service.

Used Charlie the Plumber for a Gutter leak had a problem with it still leaking because Silicon not set before rain they were prompt in coming back to fix it next day. Had query with Invoice but Chris Fixed it up and gave Discount. Hope to use again as they are very reliable.

We had a water leak in water meter box. Some plumbers offered repairs in one month, ufff! Charlie the Plumber has politely accepted job without any excuses. They fixed a problem in 24 hours in reasonable price. On a next day we received an invoice with attached photo of work they did.
