Chief Encouragement Officer

Chief Encouragement Officer was started on the basis that there is value in people being effective in their roles. I have used my leadership experience to encourage others to do well but also mentor individuals working in the project environment along the way. I am known for being direct but empathetic which is a balancing act I have had to learn to gain the best in people. I offer workshops and courses for teams and individuals, no matter what stage of their career, to foster the core skills required in being a courageous leader. My training in project management along with my certification in psychological safety supports my work with Dare to Lead™ programs. Client feedback has centred around the practical skills they have gained as a result of working with me. I conduct a due diligence process to ensure that I am the right fit as a facilitator and content is aligned with the organisation's business objectives.
