Drove over an hour to Childers Medical Imaging to have my Ultrasound done as I booked over the phone on Friday for a Tuesday appointment, lady I talked to over the phone was very nice and was happy to make the appointment tuesday 11am.
To go into the building Tuesday morning hand my medical form over and to spoken with complete and utter rudeness by the lady sitting down saying. "No! You don't have an appointment with us. You have your days wrong. We have a diary on our computer we can't be wrong. You made a mistake, guess we will just make you another appointment then."
Ah No Thanks, not ever again!!
Her attitude was so disgusting to hear those words come from a lady! Couldn't of said it any nicer? Why be rude to a customer? Somebody using there local businesses?
I wouldn't recommend anybody going to them!! I advise you go the extra 40mins to Bundaberg!! Or else where to save being treated horrible by a slob of a lady. What an embarrassment having somebody like her work in a front reception. Would never recommend Childers Medical Imaging to anybody!!!!!
