Chilled Technique was established in April 2014 and is a family-run business. Our head mechanic and director is Ben Hurford who was born and raised in Bathurst. He learned and practiced his trade in Inner Western Sydney for 10 years before deciding to relocate back to the Central West. While learning his trade, it became very apparent that while customers were seeking high-quality workmanship, just as important as reliability. We will provide exceptional customer service. We understand the importance of returning calls promptly, the value of genuine advice, and respect your right as the customer to have confidence that you will see us when we say we will be there.
