I've visited Choice Cardwell twice in the last 4 months. Both experiences were unpleasant. Both times I have stopped in while travelling through town. On the first occasion I bought something that only cost a couple of dollars. I know that eftpos fees for the vendor can be greater than the item purchased so I smiled and apologised for not having the correct cash and having to use my card. The operator with a deadpan straight face said (and I quote) "We don't want your dirty money anyway". There hD just been another wave of Covid but that was just rude & unprofessional!
Then two days ago I was travelling through Cardwell again and stopped in at Choice. I asked the attendant if they made iced coffee. She said "No". That was it! She made no attempt to be friendly, or offer an alternative. No expression on her face. Blunt and rude.
That's it for me. I'll NEVER give that Choice my business again.
