I asked to purchase Parker and Simpson menthol 40 s I was told they didn’t have any in stock. But they did have them in Parker and Simpson menthol 20 s. So I said I will take two please so the female who served me put a rubber band around them. I paid left the shop in Mary St I opened 1 packet next day only to find they were Parker and Simpson blue and firm touch filter. As I live out of town I took them back to the shop in Mary St and she said it wasn’t her problem company policy was not to take them back So $ 56.00 out of pocket And to hear it’s not her problem when she took them out of there case ripped off not impressed .
