Chris was great. Had a small issue with a mistake made by the apprentice which Chris bent over backwards to correct. My husband and l had previously been starting to think, we may be the only honest and genuine business people left, before meeting Chris. Chris certainly changed our minds on that. CIR electrical installed an air con for me in May 2022. In September 2022 they were called out as the fan had stopped working and they advised a gecko had got into it and they needed to dismantle to remove. January 2023 water was leaking from the unit which upon an insurance investigation was deemed coming from the holes around the air con which had not been sealed in addition to the work not being primed. When I reached out to CIR to fix their work they advised not their issue. I can only speak from my expedience but would definitely not be using them again given their lack of accountability on a job which they installed. The insurance builder has fixed their work and I’ve engaged the services of another electrical company for the lounge air con which needs replacing. I’ve attached the framing after only 9 months with gaps.
