They say it takes a village to raise a child. Well, I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but at least I'm in the shed. Having grown up here in Mackay, I owe a lot of thanks to my parents and grandparents for raising me in this great town. Where others choose to spread their wings and fly off to distant lands, I chose to stay here in Mackay and dig my roots even deeper. I want to thank my friends and members at City Fitness for continuing to inspire me. It's that feeling of gratitude that propels me to make sure my team and I are giving you the best fitness experience in Mackay. We may not be perfect, but no family is. All we can do is keep trying to be the best we can be. Thank you Mackay for your 35-plus years of loyal support. You have given us great ideas and suggestions, which is why we expanded our club in Mount Pleasant and opened a new club in City Gates.
