Thankyou Ross for following up, and in regards to my sons review, liam is very protective of me , and we had a big day, the move was smooth. Shane played music and was always smiling and nothing was too big! Thankyou boys for a great day! Cheers Liz

The men were very quick with moving our stuff and Shane hession was very friendly but sadly once they left I found out from my mother the other man "not Shane" was rude to my mother he was making a big deal about how much they had to move and he was making comments under his breath infront on my mother. However once it was pointed out what he was going he did apologise. When this man was doing this Shane was great with giving my mother reassurance that it was all ok not to stress Shane was brilliant at his job. My mother was getting triggered by the other man attitude and was the last thing she needed reason she was moving was because she just left a 21 year abusive relationship and shouldn't have had to put up with that. It got to the point my mother felt the need to tell that man not to worry about some boxes with his attitude. Reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of shane he was amazing and deserves the stars.

hi Liam, thank you for your review, all feedback is much appreciated, please can you provide more details of your move such as a date, so we can identify the correct "other man" as we have several trucks and do many moves a day. Please rest assured the "other man" will be reprimanded and may be looking for employment elsewhere. This will not happen again. We moved within our Suburb, they were absolutely fantastic! removalists, super nice, super efficient. Highly recommend!
