Warning! Do not contact this company. The director came to quote on a project in July 2024. He had a Geo-technical engineer friend with him from GA Geotechnical. They told me that it was an easy straight forward project that would cost me close to 40k but no more than that. I waited for 3 months to get the engineering designs and quote from GA Geotechnical, and 7 months to get the written quote from CJM constructions pty ltd. I got the quote sent to me yesterday. It has gone from the verbal 40k to 100k. But in the months waiting for the quote, I was told to get surveying done and clear the area, for works to start. In July I was told that they could start the project in October, then in October I was told that they could start in December. ALL JUST LIES. I have now lost more than 20k on doing stuff to prepare the area, for a project that I can no longer do because it has gone from 40k to 100k!! Don't contact this company.
