Promised everything but delivered nothing. Clare’s removals were a total disappointment and apparently “service” only an option if they came turn up at whatever time suits them regardless of arrangement. I was kept waiting all day and after saying I was not ready at 7am because I was expecting them at lunchtime (as confirmed the previous day), and hadn’t turned the fridges off. I was then kept waiting for rest of day and after ringing at 4pm to ask if they would have completed move by 7pm at which time storage facility would close I was told they didn’t know if they could have it done by then. I found The company to be unreliable and difficult to deal with. I would not recommend them to anyone.
