Clean Swipe Cleaning

Geez, that person obviously doesn't have kids!! That's a very harsh comment, especially when she gave you a perfect explanation why she couldn't make it. I've been using this service for over a year. She's always been easy to communicate with, the job always excellent, and she takes great pride in her work and the people she helps.

I booked a 2 hour clean with Clean Swipe on Monday 22 May at 12:30pm. No one turned up. I called the owner. She said: "Hello". I replied: "I am at the apartment block main entrance waiting for you". She didnt reply. I waited. Still no reply. I said: "we had a clean booked for 12:30pm. Are you coming?" She replied: "oh, I got held up". I said: "what time will you be here". She replied: "In 10 minutes". Shortly after the call, the Owner wrote me a text, saying "I just had a call from my kid's school. I have to pick up the child. " This service is unreliable. I would not recommend anyone to use this service. The Owner is unreliable and has poor etiquette in communication and a lack of integrity.
