Great staff great prices

Very poor communication from staff members to customers between booking the appointment and the date of the appointment. I have only received one treatment of laser over two months ago, as the several times I have booked since then, I have received incorrect information, different appointment dates and times, today as well my appointment was cancelled as my laser staff member was out sick, and I was not contacted by them about the situation and still came in without any knowledge of what was happening. I do not live close to the Robina facility either so it is very difficult continuously going in for an appointment and having it cancelled and rebooked repeatedly. Definitely many other laser clinics people can go to in which I hope they do, so they do not have to put up with continuous mishaps and poor customer service like me!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Genuinely interested in addressing my concerns about my skin and offering suitable options for both treatments and products to use for best possible results. I’m already seeing improvements in my skin so I am very pleased!

Ooh had my first treatment of laser skin resurfacing and what an experience. Was a little more painful than I had anticipated, and I walked out looking like a beetroot. But it did settle down eventually and I am seeing results. The staff were lovely, very professional and well educated. I am still deciding whether I liked the laser resurfacing or not, I did buy a pack of 3 at a discounted price so have two more to go.

After years of battling acne I was recommended to Clearskincare Clinic in Robina. The staff are lovely and what they do for you is amazing. After my initial free consultation I followed their treatment program to clear my skin and currently undergoing skin resurfacing to treat my scarring. It is a long process but already my skin looks and feels amazing. Thank you for giving my back some confidence! Everyone is commenting on how good my skin is looking.
