These guys have a fantastic website with a wide range of products and fair prices. But, it seems many, many items they list for sale are not in stock. When you order online, you pay in full and then they send you an email listing the items which are on back order. No ETA is given. You do have the option to "cancel items if not in stock" which I recommend for everyone, every time at this retailer. Otherwise, they keep your money until they can actually source your items. This can be weeks or months, or never. Not recommended to anyone. Just go somewhere else that is honest about their stock levels.
