We have used Clements air conditioning across three houses now for both installation of new systems as well as annual servicing of exisiting units. Most recently we have had Troy doing servicing across existing units in two properties. He is an absolute asset to the company - friendly, polite, professional and considerate and explained everything as he went. We have also recently had Travis and Ethan installing a new system and they are also fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend their service and looking forward to continuing to use them in the future!

Our air-con died three business days before Christmas and didn't think I had any hope of getting it fixed. Clements were able to come out that day, identify the problem, order the part and install on Christmas Eve. We couldn't be happier to have it fixed before we get a house full of people. The serviceman was excellent and lovely to deal with. We fully recommend them to everyone looking for great service. Thank-you clements!

If I could give a zero I would. I booked an appointment a week in advance for someone to come and look at my ducted air con at home sometime in the morning as I had to work in the afternoon. I was called the morning of my appointment to advise me that the technician wouldn't be coming in the morning but instead the afternoon as I had been bumped even though I had called the previous week and booked my appointment. I called back at 2pm because I still had not been told when someone was coming and was told that I would be called back to advise of a time the technician would arrive. Another hour went by with no reply so I had to call back again to cancel the appointment. Absolutely terrible customer service with no regard for residential customers whatsoever. I would not recommend Clements nor would I ever contact them again.

The local business attitude of the admin staff was great and the sales staff members were excellent. They knew the product very well and were pleasant to deal with. The installers were professional and friendly also. They communicated any issues and listened to my requests. They were also very neat and tidy, and finished product is amazing. Prices were competitive too. Win win!!
