No customer service Extremely bad delivery and response times; seems more like a fake site. Save your money and buy elsewhere

Very slow delivery times, they would be better off going through Amazon. Online services does not match current stock levels.

Put in order online as I am in the UK - acknowledgment order received but after waiting six weeks and no goods received (also various emails and messages left with no response) - I requested a refund through Paypal. Bought two pairs from a competitor with excellent service, range and price.

I recently purchased a pair of Ugg boots for a family member as a gift. When they finally arrived (took at least 4 weeks if not more) they unfortunately don't fit. I have been trying to arrange an exchange for a larger size or refund/return for 6 weeks now but the business won't respond to any calls, emails, submitted returns forms, fb messages etc. Now I am stuck with a pair of boots that don't fit and no way to get my money back. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone as it seems they are no longer operating.
