Bad customer service Wouldn’t recommend this place and wouldn’t go back there I called up an booked my car in on a Friday around 1:00pm for a pink slip the guy I spoke to an booked me in sounded nice when I took my car in there I told the guy my car was booked in for a pink slip he told me straight away he wouldn’t be able to do it I told him I was booked in for 1 o’clock he had one other car their he was doing a pink slip for an can he do it later he said no after this car I’m going home I’m sick real blunt no apologies it’s not like I wasn’t booked inn after looking at the reviews again I realised every review they have the same person has at least left 20 reviews so I guess if it’s first time going there or they don’t know you ur not as welcome

Huge ✅✅✅ to Greg & Wayne at Coastal Automotive at Long Jetty . Worked on our Volkswagen Transporter all day and only charged the quoted price . Absolute legends, hence why all our family go to them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair dinkum mechanic 👌 cheers guys
