Had a load of topsoil and then a load of crusher dust delivered recently. The drivers dropped the loads where required - saved a lot of double handling. Good range of products, excellent service, friendly staff and price competitive.

Arrogant staff who delivered the wrong material I’ll go to another supplier next time

Hi John, I'm sorry you've had such a bad experience but, this is obviously an honest mistake on your behalf as we have no record of you on file. There're two other Sand & Soil Companies directly in your area, one of which is literally in your suburb. Our Staff here at Coastal Sand & Soil (Tuggerah) are trained in providing only the best possible Customer Service & would only be extremely apologetic if this were to be the case with any of our deliveries not to mention that it is Company Policy that all Staff must contact the office to speak with management if any issues were to arise on site in order for the problem to be rectified in the customers favour, normally by way of full compensation without question, for any inconvenience caused by our mistake. Please call me on 43512394 & it will be very much appreciated if you could please remove this review at your earliest convenience as FALSE reviews are very detrimental to any Business.
