Quick to quote but communications fell flat between 2 guys who came out to quote & actual job. Issues around removal of soil, additional soil around treatment plant, and they then took it on themselves to report my other renos to the council - which are done by a licensed builder. Their paperwork thrown back to them by the council. Paperwork to me incomplete, ongoing emails to sign more papers! A month after install & still not officially commissioned. Seriously unimpressed

I had an outstanding experience from beginning to end with Brett and the rest of the boys from Coastal Wastewater when installing our Septic Tank. We found the after sales service and admin easy and efficient to deal with, always making booking time convenient for our busy lifestyle. Brett was very knowledgable and took to the time to explain the process and was very helpful on answering all the silly little questions we had. He even took the time to draw a diagram to explain some. They were onsite for the day and found the boys purely professional when getting the job done. We will recommend Coastal to anyone needing their service.

Coastal waste water specialists installed our new septic tank on our new property for us, very professional, covered everything up really well, looked very tidy and their rates were competitive comparing to other companies. Highly recommend.
