I phoned this shop and asked whether they had a Stihl FS55 RCE whippersnipper in stock, without checking the reply was "we have lots" After a 30 KM drive from Bellingen I was told "no we dont have one in stock, you can order" they won't get any business from me in future and I will make this experience known, a complete waste of time.

I am a newbie on the gardening front and find the people products at the Stihl shop to be perfect for my needs. The staff are great and very helpful.

After breaking a whipper snipper the guys at Coffs Chainsaw and Mowers were able to outfit me with a Stihl that was in my price range and suitable to my needs with some extras.... they were very helpful and friendly and I will be taking another machine to them for repairs in the future....thanks guys 😁👍

I was very pleased with the excellent service from Coffs Chainsaw & Mower on my Ride-On Mower. Everything I asked was completed and the mower was picked up and delivered to my address. I would highly recommend this business and will use them again in the future.

Thanks Melissa!! Glad we could help . Yes customer service is becoming obsolete these days, with all the self-service check ins now. And people not taking the time to actually talk and listen to each other. Its more than coming in and just buying something, we pride ourselves on giving good advice. You can always just pop in and ask us questions. We have a lot of people just drop in for a yarn. The last two years have been so tough, and many have been isolated so communication is important more than ever now.
