I was ripped off, by this man. He wouldn't listen to me, just took my money. Incorrectly diagnosed my vehicle, costing me more money. Just left me stranded.

We drive a medium sized campervan. After developing a gear linkage problem we had to stop in Coffs on a Sunday 2 weeks ago. I found Casper online and chose him because of another review from a caravan owner. I called early Monday am. He came within hours. He is a really nice man, excellent manner, 100% professional and unphased that he had to lay in a puddle to get a good look under our van! He fixed the problem quickly (I have to add here that we had the replacement part with us thank goodness). His mobile truck is brilliant. He even has a computer and printer on board. I hope he does well he deserves to.
