Coffs Harbour Taxis

Do not use this service! I booked 3 hrs in advance as i had chemo to attend at the hospital . In short the taxi was 2 hours late after 6 calls and being lied to constantly I missed my chemo treatment which is life saving !!never trust she’s lying useless Poor excuse for a taxi company ! Lies lies lies !

I booked a Taxi at 11:04am on Saturday the 6/4/19 for a pickup at 2:30pm to be taken to a Wedding. Unfortunately at 2:40pm the service still hadnt arrived, which meant I had to drive myself. Not the sort of day you need to have lack luster customer service, I thought with the introduction of Uber into the Coffs Coast this Taxi Service would have pulled their pathetic heads in. Needless to say Coffs Harbour Taxis will no longer get my business.

Booked a taxi for 11 people for a work function. The website says 11 people maximum. The receptionist told us they have 11 passenger maxi Taxis. When they turned up the driver said only 10 were allowed. Didnt that stuff things up! Not the drivers fault but the company needs to sort its website out and get its facts right!

We tried to get a cab from a Pier restaurant at 9:15pm on a Tuesday night. We ended up walking home as we got sick of waiting. We didn't see the taxi as we walked. Pretty poor service I thought.
