Colt Excavations is a locally owned and operated business situated in the Sunshine Coast hinterlands. The majority of our service is small to medium size earthworks/excavation's and slashing. We have over 20 years experience in the residential and rural areas. Earthworks With a 5 t excavator we are perfectly equipped to carry out small to medium size earthworks which include such things as small dams, farm tracks and roads, levelling soil in preparation for sheds, stables etc. With the small machine we are able to access many sites that larger machines simply cannot get to. Slashing With our four-wheel-drive tractor we are perfectly suited for the hills of the hinterlands (or the flats of the coast), therefore access many overgrown regions that a lot of other equipment cannot access. We also have a slasher on our excavator that allows us to do hillsides and those areas that are impossible to reach with a traditional slasher. All of these factors together are perfect for small to medium size blocks no matter what the conditions.
