Usually,the Commonwealth bank staff are rude to & they wonder why I don't bank there anymore!! & on that they normally ask if I'm a customer then won't serve me when I need change. Has been the case for years but when I went to this branch recently the teller was amazing. Gave me the change/cash I needed how I asked for it was polite & most importantly didn't ask if I were a customer then refuse me service -why can't they all be like this? Especially I was a customer but this is reasons why people can't continue to be when basic banking requirements aren't meet. Thank you for restoring my faith in good old fashioned community service where you can't get the exact change from the ATM which sadly is common place now days so you need to go into the bank to get it from a person who works there before electronic banking was invented
