Very disappointed in service today. Had been waiting in a long queue for quite sometime and when it was finally my turn a woman walked up pushed in and the staff member went on to serve her. I questioned the staff member and she had nothing to say. Won’t be returning Ever!

I have been going to the Cool Spot for the past six Wednesday mornings for breakfast. My experience has been one of consistency across the following areas: Service is welcoming, Food is tasty and ample, Drinks are expertly prepared and atmosphere is great. The staff are energetic and friendly and display professionalism and love for their work. Thank You for for your service.

Cool Spot is kool. They serve reasonably priced coffee and freshly cooked pasta. Plus, they provide good service and a great variety of ice cream.

They have a lovely open cafe near the waterfront. I had a nice NT cold brew and juice. Lovely breakfast!

They provide efficient service and they work with a smile. They're a lovely spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch, with some delicious sweet treats for dessert. The Acai bowl was also tasty!
