Came round the morning after I called, turned up as arranged, did the work and charged $385 inc GST for 90 minutes work and expertise.

No stars. Our experience with this company is another example of far North Qld trades taking advantage of absentee property owners. Did not arrive when stated they would. Came a week later charged extra travel allowance. The week earlier we would have shared between other appointments. Actual bill a lot higher than initial verbal quote. Basically no work done to air unit. $280 to be told unit leaked all its gas. Very disappointed as initially presented as a fair and reasonable tradesperson. After receiving the unreasonably high bill from Cool Tropics we will engage another air con installer to replace the ac units.

Just loving the nice cool environment at home thanks to Cool Tropics. they did a fantastic job at the installation, and provided us with the perfect system that will last us many years, and that can cool the area no worries at all. You can expect nothing less than the highest standards and quality workmanship by them, and would highly recommend them to all business or homes.
