Coolmech have provided excellent service right through from our initial contact with office, travelling some distance to provide advice and quote, installation and follow up. Communication was ongoing, always friendly, and informative. The installation team was friendly, very efficient, courteous and respectful of our property. Their work is very tidy and their clean-up exceptional. They provided clear instructions on use of installed equipment and everything is working perfectly. We have another job coming up and we will definitely contact Coolmech.

Five out of five stars for going the extra mile with my elderly parents in gympie when there ducted air con failed ( insurance). from my home in brisbane i arranged another air con business to go out and quote.....it was twice the $$ after spending only a few mins at my parents house and left them confused. I was then referred to coolmec who were brilliant! from the first phone call they were just fantastic and genuinly helped. They gave better and affordable options and also spent the time to show care about the work and my parents needs. the air con workers arrived on the day to do the job and were professional, neat and respectfull. they did some extra elctrical work which saved my parents even more $$. We will not hesitate to suggest these guys for air con and electrical work.

I personally would like to thank each and every one of the Coolmech team for the awesome assistance that I have recently received. From my first initial phone call with Kaine when both of my split systems decided to die during the heat wave, to Ange at the office and the Techs Anthony Tom and Sam. Thank you to Kaine and Anthony for answering my countless questions, many which were more than likely "silly" Your patience, product knowledge and professionalism is a credit to you both. To have my new MDV split system sorted so quickly during a heatwave is nothing short of brilliant. A massive shout out to Anthony Tom and Sam- from the first initial diagnosis to the installation of my new you beaut MDV split system, you guys have been fantastic. To arrive home from work and see my new system perfectly level and centered on was much appreciated- it was the first thing my husband checked. Everything was left neat and tidy -Thank you boys!!!! I called Coolmech to arrange a quote for ducted air conditioning. The administrative assistant arranged this promptly and that afternoon I had a technician at my door. Coolmech really went the extra mile as far as information to assist me in making the correct decision for me. The day the Coolmech technicians arrived to complete the installation, I was beyond impressed with the professionalism and standard of work. I was given a demo at the end and the technician took the time to answer all of my questions. The price was reasonable and I am very happy with our new air conditioning system.

Very happy with our new AC. Really made for a good night sleep just having that nice cool air. The technicians were nice and happy to answer a bunch of questions I had about the air con and maintenance. They also cleaned up well inside and out when the job was done.
