A totally painless experience, I actually contacted Cooltech on a Sunday, and they replied that day. Set up a time and arrived on time in the rain! Joel quickly found the problem, would recommend Cooltech and will be calling them to replace our air con when needed.

We had Cooltech air conditioning install a new Daikin split ducted system in our new home when we built. The guys did a good job and were really helpful with informative. The system works great so we are very happy! I would recommend them for others.
