Cooper's Bar and Grill

Had no Ribs or Vegies. Place needed a good clean. Not enough staff and chef spoke down to staff in front of customers. Ordered food to only get it wrong. Won’t be going back

Our family has gone to Coopers on 3 occasions now, and I must say, we have always had a great meal and great service. Keep up the good work.

Really good value for money - great food and service

A lovely place and nice lunch but nothing special.

Decided to try it this place for my birthday dinner with my partner. The service was ABYSMAL! Waited 10+ minutes standing at the door to be seated, nobody else was waiting at the door. We sat waiting for menus for another 10 minutes despite staff giving us cutlery as we were seated, I had to go to the bar and ask for them. Another 30 minutes after that for our order to even be taken despite staff clearing tables around us and our table in plain view of the bar person. We literally got up to leave after getting fed up waiting, and then finally someone came to take our order. The wait for two meals was about an hour for a medium rare steak and nachos. Drinks were forgotten and food came out before the drinks (two cans of coke), again had to remind the staff member that we had no drinks yet. The service was a huge letdown, never experienced such poor customer service. Ever. Would not recommend.

Great staff, food is fantastic, they treat you like a king.

Lovely staff, great atmosphere, hickory wings were amazing and nachos, yum Will definitely come back! Highly recommend
