I rented from coral sea for 12 months and received two 'A's at both inspections. On leaving, coral sea are attempting to withhold my bond by $245 for a single light bulb that the average person would be unable to change. This lightbulb requires a ladder to reach which is not supplied with the tenancy. More than this coral sea attempted to fast tract the bond refund without informing me of this charge. I consider them unprofessional and would not work with this company from either side of the real estate equation.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Coral Sea Property. The team are friendly and actually care. Got me $30 above asking for a 2 year lease and an increase in the second year! Their advice was absolutely spot on and rented my house in 5 days where the last agent had it listed 4 weeks with nothing. Couldn't fault them.
