Cornerstone Conveyancing Services is a boutique style conveyancing service for the north coast region of NSW. Based in Coffs Harbour, the areas we cover are: Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, Boambee, Macksville, Nambucca Heads, Bellingen, Grafton and Yamba and everywhere in between as well as anywhere in New South Wales. We specialise in the legal aspects of buying and selling real estate. It's all we do and we do it well. Therese Ryan, who is the licensee and principal, has more than 25 years' legal experience and has been a licensed conveyancer since 2009. Therese is also now recognised by the Australian Institute of Conveyancers due to her accumulated experience as a Certified Practising Conveyancer. Our services include: mobile conveyancing; online conveyancing; first home buyers advice; self managed superannuation fund buying and selling; buying and selling off the plan; residential, strata, community title, rural, industrial and commercial properties. She is prompt, efficient, pleasant but certainly knows how to stand up for her clients when need be. Service and expertise like this is few and far between these days.
