The communication was insufficient, and I did not get any response to my inquiries over the course of three months. Despite repeated phone calls and promises of a prompt return call, I never received any follow-up! I would have appreciated being informed if the company was unable to undertake the work, rather than being left without any updates. This lack of professionalism was very disappointing.

We required a large amount of shirts, and stubby coolers in a short amount of time, and the guys at Cosmic Signs made it all possible. They went above and beyond to make sure it was all done before required time, and we really appreciate your hard work and second to none service, and will use your services in future.
