Country Nails Horton St

Normally okay when I come here. Not bad, bad not good. Staff normally talk to each other and don't interact with the client. However, when I went there yesterday, they were extremely rough. I've taken a basic nail course, and know not to leave the nail drill in one place for too long or it will burn the client. They did that on every nail, and it was painful. Then they were extremely rough and careless with the nail file, my finger was bleeding and skin was peeling off. On top of that, they wouldn't do what I asked for a design (a basic stripe) because it 'wouldn't look good' even though I wanted it. Definitely will not go back, especially for $45.

Terrible customer service , you know they are talking about you . Booked in and waited a further 30mins after our booking to be seated , then a further 20 mins sitting . My friend got home and realised her pinky toe had not been painted . When we went back and the lady accused her of peeling off her nail polish and laughed at her. As she left the lady said it again. So awkward and terrible service . Pedicure was rushed and the ladies where rough when cutting and filing . We usually all look forward to a nice pamper and pay good money for a pedi . To sit there was hard this time. Won’t be returning

Poor custmer service. Would not serve me as I did not have a phone. Would not check me in. Did not care one bit or try to think outside his box. Other stores restaurants etc can check people in. Why can't you. Because you dont care enough obviously.

I normally try look for the positives in experiences, but couldnt find any with my experience.. I was on holidays when I visited the store recently in Port City.. I was horrified from the get go & should of walked out... I was to sit in the waiting section with a bowl of acetone to soften & loosen my nails which had SNS colour to remove.. then sat in the pedicure chair to apply NEW COLOUR WITH SNS.. no buffing or bonding, just colour & top coat lacquer... I asked the technician to seal before hand but she looked at me with such ignorance I just wanted to get out of there... I wouldnt even let her cut or file as equipment & nail polishes just looked so dirty, they should be thrown out.. she even changed 2 brushes as they were hard.. within a day my nails were cracking & chipped... it cost $65, cant wait to get back to my regular salon and get this crap taken off my nails.... go to another salon to get yours done..

Service and staff were amazing, very gentle and large range of colours. I loved my experience there.
