About Country Podiatry
A podiatrist is a healthcare professional specializing in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of medical and surgical conditions associated with the lower limbs and feet. Our team of experts is proficient in these procedures and conditions, providing empathetic and proficient care to all our patients. We take the time to understand you and create customized treatment plans that assist with pain relief and healing of the foot's internal structures. Furthermore, we assist in preventing complications resulting from medical conditions, such as diabetes. Podiatrists handle a variety of conditions, including those that stem from bone and joint disorders, such as arthritis, soft-tissue and muscular pathologies, as well as neurological and circulatory diseases. Our podiatrists also diagnose and treat complications that affect the lower limb, including skin and nail disorders, corns, calluses, and ingrown toenails. We also diagnose and treat foot injuries and infections incurred through sports or other activities.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need surgery for my foot pain?
Surgery is a last resort at Country Podiatry. In most cases, foot pain can be resolved with simple exercises and stretches. Orthotics provide another excellent solution, helping to avoid pain and retraining the foot by conditioning it to straighten out. Surgery is for when all other feasible options have been exhausted.
Why do my feet hurt?
The underlying cause of foot pain can often be something simple. For many people, discomfort can be resolved simply by switching to properly fitting shoes. When the pain is not due to external factors, it is typically caused by a structural defect in the foot itself.
