Ive been training with Andrew for over 2 years now, & believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers on the Coast. After a couple of changes in my life 2 yrs ago I needed to put myself first again. Andrew has & continues to stay focused on helping me achieve my goals & makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased & Ive seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift gradually heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session as well as seeing the results in the mirror. I find I actually look forward to my workouts & it wasn't long and I was training two nights a week with Andrew. My job can be stressful from day to day & I treat my training as a catch up with a friend who not only trains me to build my strength, tone & achieve my personal goals but a great way to de-stress & chat with a friend who offers support. Andrew has truly changed my mindset associated with health and wellbeing. After only a few sessions with Andrew, I began feeling so much more confident and excited to try new exercises. He is flexible with your work hours, as being a casual shift worker I found it tricky to schedule in fitness goals. Every session is different, and I feel stronger each week. So thankful to have been recommended to Andrew at Courage Fitness by a friend. Having some health issues and injuries to deal with and being in an older age bracket didn't phase him in the slightest. After working with him for a couple of months now I am seeing real changes, both physically and mentally. Thank you Andrew for tailoring a programme specifically for me and pushing me just enough to keep me motivated and on track, but not too much that I want to throw the towel in the ring.
