Save yourself the hassle look elsewhere; all my expectations have been exceeded for the wrong reasons. No communication, workers just disappear for weeks at a time again no notice or reasons. Numerous phone calls and promises that are never kept and just really good at lip service then disappear again. Currently sitting with 3 days work left to complete to job and no one has been onsite for near on 5 weeks. This is 14months since first getting quotes and close to 5 months since starting a 4-week job. My dirt pile out front has become a running joke for the neighborhood and family around here. Save yourself the stress and get someone else to whatever landscaping you need done. If only their work scheduler was as organized as their account department they are always prompt on the progress payment. (when there finally is some progress)
