Craniosacral therapy along with deep myofascial release and integration with the mind and spirit brings healing and alignment of the spine on a deeper level. As a Registered Nurse practising craniosacral therapy at an advanced level for 23 years I have a strong ethos about caring for people in our community. From newborns two adults struggling with vestibular dysfunction, post traumatic stress syndrome, and learning challenges, I am committed to understanding the root cause of the problem. Supporting people to bring mindfulness in to each of the steps we take, how we hold our body throughout the day and the behaviour that brings upon our experience. I have been getting chiro and massage monthly for over 10 years to maintain and keep headaches at bay from what I thought was muscle tension from subluxations from the excess curvature of my cervical spine. In recent times there's probably not been a day where I haven't had a headache. After the first treatment with Laura i hardly had a headache and after the 2nd treatment none at all. That's massive for me. This work is so gentle, nurturing yet deep and profound. I've had it all wrong what i've been doing to maintain my spine. Laura's treatment leads to true healing. Releasing the emotions stored in these tissues. I've already had some deep releases of stuff i never even knew about.
