Our Cranky boss has been operating hospitality businesses for 20 years. Starting in Sydney, Cranky boss Mark relocated to Newcastle in 1999 and quickly became part of the Newcastle hospitality landscape. Mark is known for his passion for food and coffee and has established iconic Newcastle Beach Kiosks and Restaurants. The staff at Cranky Chef Catering include qualified chefs and experienced cooks and we operate our outlets 364 days per year. Our experienced kitchen staff prepare fresh food daily for a number of local hospitality businesses. The Cranky staff are exprienced in catering for large and small events including team building and corporate events, lunchtime meetings, afternoon and morning teas and large evening functions. Whatever the size of your event and whatever your food preferences, we know that if you eat Cranky you won't be disappointed. We know food and we love food and we're here to help. That's why we've developed our innovative Tribe menus. We know that working out how big portion sizes are and exactly what to order can be a complex process. Our Tribe Menus are a range of menus that we have designed to take the worry out of ordering. Our aim is to provide you with a range of choices tailored to certain appetites and tastes. Whether it's a group of girls with smaller appetites, bankers and business people wanting to eat well and easily over a lunchtime meeting, a gang of tradies who need a bit more to keep them going or the office team wanting a yummy Friday lunch we've got you covered.
