The phone was answered with a very gruff sounding hello, and I was just a little concerned about how the rest of the conversation might go. I began by asking if he was a local only courier or if he did long distance as well. He didnt answer. Now I admit that I had trouble with the name of the local suburb for pickup, but I did give enough clues to the name, I think. He then asked me where the item was to be delivered and I said that it was to go to Wagga Wagga. He responded that he does only local stuff and he hung up! It isnt as though I didnt give him the opportunity to tell me that he wouldnt do such a job. Maybe he had had a bad day, but he shouldnt take that out on potential customers.
