Outstanding service. Chris was determined to solve the problem! He is a great communicator who lets you know what he is doing and what the options are. I don't think I could name a more ethical or professional tradesman. And his charges are very moderate!

Disappointing The person got in contact and said would come on a certain day in the afternoon, still waiting!!!!!!! No communication from the person to say unable to make it, extremely disappointed, will never recommend them. Extremely bad customer service. I know it was only a small job but if you say you want to do it and then not turn up or communicate, bad for business.

Chris was fantastic. It was approaching the busy Xmas period when, after moving into a new apartment we had issues with our tv signal. Whilst he couldn’t make it he talked me a simple process that I could figure out. You don’t get this service very often. 10 out of 10 for Chris.

We called late in the afternoon and Chris was here before lunch. Fixed our satellite problems and tv connection. Couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Chris. He travelled out of his way to help us, it was much appreciated. Didn't charge us an arm and a leg either. Thanks mate.
