We found Mark and his crew fantastic to deal with. They shared ideas and had great input in understanding and meeting our needs. The communication was clear and they boys turned up when they said they would. The workmanship was exceptional and follow-up after the jobs completion was a bonus. Cross cabinets… wow what can I say. I looked for many months to find someone to do this job and no one came to quote or were too busy. Mark came out the very next day, Quoted, then started the job the very next week. Installed a week later. Amazing service, the work done I’m so happy with. The installers were very polite, dis the job and cleaned up like they were never there. I love my new office. Thankyou so much for making this special space … even if it is to work .. 😊😂

Mark and the team were so great to deal with. Did not have to wait ages for the quote. I had a fairly good idea of the kitchen design I was after and Mark was able to offer some great suggestions which helped it all come together. Would highly recommend Cross Cabinets. So reliable, and I'm really happy with the result!

Pathetic. Requested a quote for a wall hung cabinet almost 5 metres long consisting of multiple cabinets joined together. Gave all dimensions and colours I require. Very detailed description. I never received any response at all. If that is the type of service encountered without even starting a cabinet job, I can only imagine what service I'd receive if they were to take my money. I recommend avoiding this business at all costs.

David, there is no record of the job you mention in our quote file. Our staff are dedicated, hard working and committed to pleasing every customer new or old. Every job enquiry has been informed the quoting process could take weeks due to obtaining quotes from other trades, even longer during busy periods. If you had of given our team a follow up phone call or even visited in person, we could have picked up that your enquiry had not been received or misplaced. Note also, all quoting is done free of charge. We do not appreciate or deserve to be harshly reviewed when we have not received any money off you or done any work for yourself. You have no idea of the quality of our product and workmanship. Read other reviews on this page. Our customers are loyal, satisfied and have been the backbone of our business for the last 16 years.
