My friend told me about Custom Foot because I had sore feet that were debilitating. Over a few visits, they fitted me into a pair of Birkenstocks, a set of compression socks and a pair of joggers so I had something to wear at any time of the day. For the first time in years I am able to work with little to no pain, less rest breaks and I am able to walk first thing in the morning. Birkenstocks have been a life saver.

I have a few pairs of shoes from this shop and I love them, I wear them every single day!

My sagging arches were very grateful for the orthotic inner soles prescribed and made for me by Custom Foot. It took a few weeks to adjust, but eventually I felt the benefit. I can take long walks without discomfort and new shoes show no sign of being pushed out of shape.

I had an appointment with this guy yesterday. He made the appointment a month prior at that point. I told him I had an assistance dog and that I would be bringing him with me to the appointment. He did not say at that point do not bring the dog. When I got to the appointment he told me that I could not bring the dog into his shop. I advised them that it is against the law for him to refuse the dog entry as he is an assistance dog. I proceeded to try and show them the paperwork. He was not interested - he told me to put the dog in the car. As far as I was concerned that with the end of the appointment the guy is rude obnoxious and does not deserve business. He does not have my business and will not have my business. His code of conduct is disgusting.
