An excellent quality job done by Crustys plumbing services to my rental, were very professional and came out in short notice for us. Much appreciated, very professional and would have them doing any other plumbing work needed in future, they would definitely have my recommendation.

Did the quote then sent his apprentice to do the work but still charged me full rate. Apprentice did a really average job and I had to get another plumber to come in and re do some of the work. He drilled a hole through the floor for a floor waste. Its a timber floor bathroom but he set it up as if I was tiling. Ive got copper pipe under my house that I can see is bent at 90 degrees and kinked so when someone is in the shower it screeches. I've got some pipes in the wall that still hammer. My bath got plumbed in out of square.

This job was done with the assistance of the owner in 2012. This is the first I have heard of this complaint. If contacted I would have been glad to rectify any faults. I have not had an apprentice since 2011. It was a tradesman on the job 1 year out of his apprenticeship . The bath was installed out of square as the walls we checked into were also out of square.
