Hi, We came in to vincentia today to fix up my sons (2 year old) haircut (he gets scared of anyone cutting his hair) which was just a little patchy but was almost all shaved at a number two when we came in, the lady only shaved a little bit to even it out and charged $25, pretty shocked at the price for a little boys hair that she put the clippers to for a few seconds. Prob go else where next time.

If I could give less than 1star I would!! After spending $400 on GHD limited edt kit with blow dryer etc, the item was faulty first try. I went back to the store within a few days of purchase. Rhonda the owner was incredibly rude & refused exchange/refund then went on to tell me that it's impossible to have a faulty GHD product. After an hour of debate & refusing to leave the store until resolution, she finally agreed to send it to GHD, saying words to the effect of I should be grateful she was doing this for me. I was astounded but held my tongue as I simply wanted a product that worked. After 2wks I received a call to collect my new straighter. We drove the 1/2hr into town & I was greeted by a new version of Rhonda. This time she acted lovely & said GHD had included several free products along with the replacement straightner. She didn't want to admit it but after questioning her 4times, she finally said testing showed it was in faulty after all. No apology-nothing! Never again!!

$67 for just a twelve minute blow dry ONLY. I had washed my hair myself. It was going to be $85 for wash and blow dry!!! Far to expensive
