Taken 2 cars here and had keys made for them, 1st time it didn't work blamed the car 2nd car worked while i tested it in their driveway but stopped working after I drove home the same day went back and they blamed the car again, my question is was it both cars at fault or?

I spoke with Derek : Sunday lunch time sons car bugga, only key went into the drink, blue pearl bay! Derek explained the process rego number needed and how the business will handle my issue . first think monday as i’m in no immediate rush: timing to likely cost. thank you very much vince wise
