Ordered a case of wine to be delivered from this store. Got a message that it was delivered but I never received it. Rang the "Help" line who sent me a picture of a box at some house I did recognize. Wrong place.Not my address. No one wants to sort it out. Have send several email as you can't phone the store.No one answers or calls me. Hopeless and incompetent service. If anyone fro the store reads this it .Ring me. I am down $180.00 . Either refund my money or deliver my goods!
