I tried to contact the store today after buying lots of alcohol. I have been over charged for my Glen Fiddich. Can't contact the store. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Why can't I contact Dan Murphy Tamworth direct, online price and checkout price doesn't match, can't make any sense of the stupid online bot, just lost my sale

I have rung 3 times to connect me to the Tamworth store and 3 times all it said was that the online store is open between 9am to 8pm and then hangs up on me , hate the robots . You have to get an easier way to talk to the stores . I live a 1/2 hour out of town with no transportation, only on a Tuesday can I get into town , so please do something about the robot.
