I live in remote NT and needed to get my new 200 series lifted to suit my environment in east Arnhem Land. Having dealt with Darwin 4 x 4 previously I asked their advice and they went above and beyond the whole way dropping the recommended parts off at the barge twice. Unfortunately the shocks failed twice which was very upsetting but not to worry. When I spoke to Shaun and Roger I felt reassured and calmed. They prioritised my situation as I had a long drive to SE QLD ahead of me and fitted another brand of shocks next morning. This is the sort of outstanding service which is very reassuring in the outback where temperatures sour above 40 degrees. “We stand by our products” they advertise, and I can say from experience they do this in reality and I’d thoroughly recommend Darwin 4 x 4. They even removed a spotlight poorly secured and disconnected and catch can free of charge so they look at the whole car noticing any other problems and not just using tunnel vision.
